After a year gap due to our Australia adventure last year, we returned excitedly to the Newark Showground for Stonedead 2023. With press accreditation in hand, we arrived on Friday night and just as we had 4 pegs and the poles in the tent the heavens opened!
But then all was calm with only a few showers over the weekend with lots of sunshine Matthew and I had an amazing time, photographing the bands, and catching up with friends and the event organisers who as always made everyone feel loved and involved. What follows are Matthew’s photos of the event…..As ever he rocked, whilst I (Dad) was in charge of the camera bags and monies for food and drink 🙂
